Ulli is a force to behold in Germany’s wine industry. He harvests grapes on the steepest, lowest-yielding vineyards on earth, producing incredibly sought-after wines. With a winemaking philosophy that balances reverence for tradition and a rule-breaking spirit, Ulli makes traditional Rieslings, as well as non-German varieties like Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ulli will taste through three of his traditional Rieslings, from separate vineyards and vintages. All these wines are fierce, with sizzling acidity and an unstoppable drink-ability.
