The German Wine Institute (DWI) will be showcasing a completely new pavilion at this year’s ProWein, the world’s leading trade fair for global wines and spirits, held at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre this March.

The pavilion will feature ten Generation Riesling producers alongside a broad cross-section of German wineries, offering trade visitors a fresh look at Germany’s dynamic wine landscape.

Under the tasting theme “Keep it light!”, DWI will spotlight one of German viticulture’s defining strengths: wines with a naturally lower alcohol level. The presentation will highlight fresh, balanced styles across categories, from classic grape varieties to modern expressions that align with evolving global demand.

In addition to tasting opportunities, attendees will be able to connect directly with producers and engage with the latest insights shaping Germany’s role in the international wine market.
