Brent is an Advanced Sommelier gaining notoriety for his innovative wine bar in Washington D.C.. Maxwell Park features an ever-rotating wine selection under intriguing themes like “Anything but Pinot Grigio” and “How Big is your Bubble?” Prior to Maxwell Park, Brent managed 15 wine programs simultaneously for D.C.’s highly regarded Neighborhood Restaurant Group.
BOSTON, MA
Sarah is currently the Wine Director for Oleana and Sarma Restaurant Group. She also owns and operates her own beverage consulting business, SM Wine Consulting, which she created to assist other restaurants with their wine programs with the same attention to detail, quality, and staff training that she has learned through her 10+ years of Boston restaurant experience.
SEATTLE, WA
Jackson began his career in the food and beverage industry as a barista at Canlis. His dedication to the industry and Canlis in particular helped him excel and progress from lead server to bartender, and ultimately Assistant Wine Director. Today, he is well known and respected on the Seattle wine scene and throughout the industry.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN
Erin is Managing Partner at the The Bachelor Farmer, an award-winning Minneapolis hot-spot known for its unique take on Northern food and fresh, farm-to-table ingredients. In addition to managing the restaurant, Erin also oversees its extensive wine list in addition to The Bachelor Farmer’s café.
AUSTIN, TX
Rania is an Advanced Sommelier and co-owner of one of Austin’s most prestigious beverage consultancies, VintelWine. In 2018, Rania took her dedication to the wine industry a step further by founding the Wonder Women of Wine, a nonprofit aimed at advocating for gender equality and transparency in the wine world.
